Dr Paul O’Shea BA (Hons) LLB MSc PhD GDLP is the principal solicitor of O’Shea Lawyers.
He has more than 30 years experience as a commercial lawyer and has conducted some of the leading cases in consumer credit law. He has advised governments, consumer groups and industry.
Dr O’Shea was a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Queensland and has published in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has conducted courses and seminars for universities, professional associations, governments and private agencies in Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei and China.
He is a member of Banking and Finance and Consumer Law Committees of the Queensland Law Society and the Investment, Life Insurance and Stock Broking Panel of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
